Bahar is a Leasing Manager for Paramount Development Corporation and is responsible for leasing all of Paramount’s new and existing shopping centers by developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract local, regional and national retailers. Bahar is experienced in transitioning a tenant into a new space with respect to legal, property management and upfitting tenant spaces.

Bahar earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers

In her spare time, Bahar enjoys gourmet cooking, photography, traveling, rollerblading, biking, softball and volleyball.
