David is Vice President and Senior Development Manager for Paramount Development Corporation and is responsible for new development and re-development projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, and southern Georgia. David also manages and oversees all of Paramount’s leasing activities. David works out of the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina office.

Prior to joining Paramount in 2003, David worked with Edens & Avant in Columbia, South Carolina for seven years where he served in many capacities and developed an expertise in property management, construction management, leasing and new development.

David earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Randolph Macon College. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member, holds a real estate broker’s license in South Carolina, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

In his spare time time, David enjoys playing softball, soccer, camping, boating and spending time with family and friends.
