Buddy is Vice President and Senior Development Manager for Paramount Development Corporation and is responsible for new development and re-development projects in Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, northern Georgia and Florida. Buddy works out of the Chattanooga, Tennessee office.

Prior to joining Paramount in 2007, Buddy was the Senior Leasing Representative for New Plan Excel Realty where he was consistently the top grossing agent for their southeast region. While he was with New Plan, he was promoted to Senior Development Director and was responsible for numerous developments in the southeast and the Midwest. Buddy has also held various industry related positions with CBL Properties, THF Realty, and Zamias Services where his concentration was on all aspects of site selection, development, and leasing.

Buddy is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

In his spare time, Buddy enjoys going to the beach, boating and following Tennessee football.
