Barry is a Development Manager for Paramount Development Corporation and is responsible for new development and re-development projects in Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Barry is located in the  Richmond, Virginia office.

Prior to joining Paramount in 2004, Barry was employed by a technology consulting firm performing work for numerous national retailers, financial institutions, and state, local, and federal government agencies. He also has prior experience as a Systems Engineer. Barry served seven years as a Naval Flight Officer in the United States Navy.

Barry earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

In his spare time, Barry enjoys boating, water sports, and snow skiing.
