Claire Jarrell

Claire is President of Paramount Development Corporation. Her focus is on portfolio innovation and growth, legal compliance, and deal execution. She is also Vice President for The White Oak Group, LLC—a company with various resource holdings based in Appalachia. Prior to joining Paramount, Claire served as a law clerk to the Honorable Irene C. Berger at the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Claire graduated from the University of Colorado Law School and holds degrees in Anthropology and Global Sustainability from the University of Virginia. When not overseeing deals, Claire enjoys rock climbing, skiing, and mountain biking with her family.
